This is for clients who want a little more. You will be offered more spicy and challenging movements paired with stronger spring options challenging your strength, power and coordination.

This is a low impact and slow paced class perfect the days your body is feeling tight and sore, focusing on gentle movements that will help lengthen the body and improve your flexibility, balance and stability. It offers an opportunity
